Phở is a Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup consisting of broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat such as steak, brisket, flank, tendors, meat balls. Pho Island also serves Oxtail as well.

Phở Gà is a Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup consisting of chicken broth, rice noodles, herbs, and chicken slices. Pho Island also serves shrimp version.

Vegetable Pho

Vegetable (Tofu) PHO is served with carrots, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, cabbage, and fried/soft tofu optional.

Rice Plate is served with choices of GRILLED MEAT, steam rice (or garlic rice or garlic noodle substitute), fresh lettuces, fresh tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, our special fish sauces combined with carrots & daikon. Customers can enjoy the dishes with a small bowl of chicken broth if having dine-in.

Spring Rolls

Shrimp Spring Rolls – made with fresh cooked shrimp slices, lettuces, cucumbers, carrots, wrapped by rice paper, and comes with peanut dipping sauce.
